Colorful Tibetan Area tour in Sichuan (Yaan,Kangding,Danba,Markham)

Chengdu,Yaan,Kangding,Xinduqiao,Danba, Markham,Dujiangyan 7 or 9 days


Day 01 Chengdu, upon arrival in Chengdu, the capital city of Sichuan province, reputed as the Land of Abundance, and also the Homeland of Panda, meet with guide and drive in hotel, rest free, overnight in Chengdu


Day 02 Chengdu=Yaan, after breakfast drive westward to Yaan, visit at the Panda Park in Bifengxia Valley, which was moved here from Wolong after the earthquake in 2008, and the strolling around the Shangli ancient town, the beginning of the South Silk Road, overnight in Yaan


Day 03 Yaan-Kangding

Xinduqiao, in the morning drive across the Mt. Erlangshan to Kangding, the capital city of Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Region, strolling in downtown, in the afternoon drive across the Mt Zheduoshan to Xinduqiao, strolling around Xinduqiao, reputed as the Paradise of Photographer, specially in October, overnight in Xinduqiao


Day 04 Xinduqiao-Danba, in the morning drive to Tagong, visit at the Monastery Tagong, famous typical monastery of Sakya sect, and then keep drive to Danba, en route stop for the panorama of the Holy Mt. Yala, at Danba zigzag up -hill to visit at the Jiaju Tibetan Village, typical Gyarong Tibetan village, all the house are decorated in Red, Black and white, overnight in Danba

Day 05 Danba-Markham, today visit at the Blockhouse of Suopo, typical blockhouse village, then drive to Markham, the capital city of Aba Tibetan Autonomous Region, en route stop for the Tibetan Official House of Zhuokeji, which was also the living house of Tusi, the local tribal chief. Day 06 Markham-Dujiangyan-Chengdu, in the morning drive to Taoping, visit the Minority of Qing's village, it is also the blockhouse similar as which in Danba, in the ancient time it was the house of local people, and also the fortress in war, then drive back Chengdu, on the way stop at Dujiangyan, for the ancient Irrigation Project, which covered more than 2000 years, it is still in function today, and the

Two-King temple, constructed in memory of the builder, Li Bin and his son,

rest in leisure in hotel, overnight in Chengdu

Day 07 Chengdu, rest free till transfer to airport the flight for the next destination, end the service in Sichuan

There is one wonderful holy place can be extensioned for the route.

Day.06 Markham- Seda county, stay overnight in Seda town or Larong Buddhist College which is the biggest Buddhist colleage in the world.

Day.07,visit Larong Buddhist College.
